Betsy Eliza (Hadlock) Wixom was born on April 16, 1811 in New York. She married Nathan Wixom in November 1827 and moved with him to Utah in 1850 and then to San Bernardino in 1851. They moved back to Utah in 1857 and returned to San Bernardino in 1858. She died February 24, 1890 and is buried at the San Bernardino Pioneer Cemetery.
