Artemesia Floradona (Perry) Tompkins was born on October 6, 1846 in Nashville, TN. She married Thomas King Tompkins in San Bernardino on August 6, 1865. Artemesia died September 14, 1917 and is buried at the San Bernardino Pioneer Cemetery.r
